Share your referral link
- Open Settings then Referrals.
- Copy your referral link, or use Invite someone to send a written message on your own WhatsApp with the link already included.
- Anyone who signs up through that link, or enters your referral code, is credited to you automatically.

Redeem a gift or discount code
- On the same page, open Claim gift code and enter the code.
- Review what it applies to, the plan and billing period, before anything is charged.
- It appears in Redemption history once the associated payment is confirmed, not before.

Were you referred?
If an agent introduced you to Tezeka but you did not enter their code at sign-up, there is still a window to credit them.
- Before you pay, enter the code at sign-up.
- After you pay, Were you referred? appears on Settings then Referrals from your first subscription payment until three days after it.
- Enter the agent's code and choose Add referrer. Tezeka checks it; an unknown code is refused.
NoteOutside that window the card does not appear, and a referrer cannot be added or changed afterwards.
If something goes wrong
My referral link does not seem to have credited a signup.
Check Redemption history on the Referrals page; it only lists confirmed, paid redemptions, so a very recent signup may not have reached that step yet.
A gift code did not apply.
Confirm it against the plan and billing period shown in Claim gift code before checkout; codes are often scoped to a specific plan.
