Protect your account

Two-factor authentication is required on every plan. Add passkeys, review your sign-in history, and control temporary Tezeka support access.

01

Two-factor authentication

  1. Open Settings then Security.
  2. Choose Set up 2FA if it is not active yet, or Change method to switch it. Verify now confirms your current method works, and Recovery options covers what to do if you lose access to it.

Every Tezeka account needs a second factor, an authenticator app or an emailed code, before it can sign in. This applies on every plan; there is no way to switch it off.

02

Passkeys and sessions

A passkey lets you sign in with your device's own biometrics or PIN instead of typing a password. Add one from the same Security page.

If you think a device or session is compromised, Revoke all sessions signs every device out at once, including this one; you will need to sign in again everywhere.

03

Tezeka support access to your account

  1. Open Settings then Support access.
  2. Read the reason given for the request, then Approve or Decline it.
  3. While a grant is live, check back here to see if support is inside your account right now, and what they have changed in each visit.

Tezeka support cannot enter your account on their own. When they need to, for a support request you raised, a request appears on Settings then Support access for you to approve, decline, or leave unanswered.

An approved grant is time-boxed and shows when it expires, whether it is currently active, and every session it was used for, each with what changed. Withdraw it at any point before it expires.

NoteNothing here is retroactive. A decision only affects access from the moment you make it.

If something goes wrong

I lost my authenticator device.

Use Recovery options on the Security page. Tezeka verifies it is you before resetting your second factor.

I approved support access by mistake.

Withdraw it immediately from Support access. Withdrawing ends it from that moment; anything already changed during an active visit stays logged.
