Export your data, and close your account

Download your records as CSV or PDF, and if you ever need to, close your account with a 30-day window to change your mind.

Every plan, Solo included.

01

Download your data

  1. Open Settings then Data & Privacy.
  2. Choose Open exports to reach Reports, where properties, tenants, payments, agreements and maintenance can be exported as CSV or PDF.
  3. Below Starter, this shows Upgrade to export instead; payment history itself stays visible on every plan, it is the full export that needs Starter.

02

Close your account

  1. On the same page, choose Request account deletion.
  2. Type DELETE to confirm. This signs you out of every device immediately and switches off auto-renewal, so you are not charged again.
  3. Your account is then permanently erased in 30 days. Signing back in at any point before that offers to restore it instead.

Payment and lease records are kept in anonymised form after deletion, because Zambian tax rules require it and your tenants may need them. Everything else, your profile, settings, documents and photos, is erased.

If 2FA is on, you verify before the request is accepted.

NoteA banner offering the same undo appears if you ever return to a session that predates the lock, so there is more than one way back before the 30 days are up.

If something goes wrong

I changed my mind after requesting deletion.

Sign back in within 30 days and Tezeka offers to restore the account before letting anything else happen, or use Cancel deletion and unlock my account if you can still reach Settings.

I cannot find the export.

Settings, then Data & Privacy, then Open exports. It takes you to Reports, where each report downloads as a PDF and your records as CSV.
