Upgrade, downgrade and change your billing cycle

Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrades wait until renewal and never delete anything. Switching billing cycle follows the same review as an upgrade.

01

Upgrade

  1. Open Settings then Plan and choose Upgrade next to the plan you want.
  2. Review the dialog: it takes effect immediately, not at renewal, your renewal date stays the same, and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of this period, less any account credit, shown before you pay.
  3. Choose Confirm upgrade. If credit covers the difference in full it applies with nothing to pay; otherwise Tezeka opens secure checkout for the remaining balance.

02

Downgrade

  1. Choose Schedule downgrade next to the lower plan.
  2. Review the dialog: nothing changes until your current period ends, no refund is needed because you keep what you already paid for, and your properties, tenants and history stay exactly as they are. A lower plan limits what you can add and use; it never deletes anything you already have.
  3. If you are over the lower plan's unit limit, Tezeka asks you to Choose properties first, deciding which stay active, before the downgrade can take effect.

03

Switch your billing cycle

Staying on the same plan but moving between monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing goes through Switch to this cycle, the same review-and-checkout path as an upgrade, so the price difference is computed against what you have actually paid, not assumed.

If something goes wrong

I do not see a downgrade to the plan I want.

You may be over that plan's unit limit. Tezeka will ask you to choose which properties stay active before it lets the downgrade proceed.

I want to change plan but I am not on a subscription yet.

The same row offers Choose & activate or Activate Tezeka instead, since there is no existing period to prorate against.
