Reading the estimate
On a property, the market rent estimate shows an estimated median and a typical range, switchable between furnished and unfurnished, with your current rent compared against it: above, within, or below the estimate.
Where Tezeka has enough of your own leases in the same area, the estimate blends them with market data and says so; where it does not, it says market data or your portfolio alone, and if there simply is not enough to estimate from, it says that plainly instead of guessing.
If something goes wrong
It says an estimate is not available.
There is not yet enough comparable data for that area or furnishing. This is not an error; Tezeka does not invent a figure with nothing behind it.
