01
Report it
- Describe the problem in your chat, for example “the geyser is not working”. Words like REPAIR, BROKEN and LEAK reach the same place.
- Send a photograph of the problem. It saves an argument later about what was wrong.
- If it is dangerous, such as a gas smell, exposed wiring or a burst pipe, also call your landlord straight away.
02
The visit
Your landlord or their agent logs the repair, assigns someone and updates you in the chat.
If a visit needs you at home, they should tell you the time first. If they have not, ask.
03
Say whether it is fixed
- When the work is marked done, check it properly.
- Reply RESOLVED if it is fixed, or NOT FIXED if it is not. Your answer goes on the record.
NoteYour answer matters. A repair marked done that you say is not fixed stays open on the record, rather than disappearing.
If something goes wrong
Nobody has replied about my repair.
Send a short follow-up in the chat so it is on the record, then contact your landlord directly.
The repair was marked done but it is not.
Reply NOT FIXED and say what is still wrong, with a photograph if you can.
