A Passport is assembled from records Tezeka already holds for the property. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing lives outside the record.
Tenancies
Who lived there, when they moved in and out, and the rent they paid.

Agreements
Every signed agreement, with its sealed record and its renewals.

Condition

How the history fills in as you work
You work as usual
Add a tenant, sign an agreement, log a repair, confirm a payment. There is nothing extra to fill in.
Each record lands in place
It joins the property's timeline, dated, alongside everything that came before it.
Gaps show up
A completeness score shows what the record still lacks, so the history does not quietly thin out.
It travels when needed
Export the Passport as a PDF for an accountant or co-owner. When you sell, a transfer package goes with the property.

- Where does the Passport's information come from?
- From records you already keep in Tezeka: tenancies, signed agreements, condition reports, repairs, payments and documents. Nothing is entered twice.
- Can another landlord see my tenant's records?
- No. Landlords see Tenant Passport signals only for tenants already in their own account, and never another landlord's records.
- What happens to the history when I sell?
- Mark the property as sold and download a transfer package for the buyer, drawn from the same records as the Passport.
- Is Passport on my plan?
- Property Passport is on every plan. Condition reports, the deposit ledger and Tenant Passport arrive with the plans shown above.
