What each agreement records
Each part is recorded as it happens, so the final document can show where it came from.
Terms
A Tezeka template drafted for the property, or your own wording kept word for word.

How an agreement gets signed and verified
Draft
Choose the property and tenant. Tezeka drafts the agreement, or you bring your own wording.
Send
Share the signing link by WhatsApp, or copy it. Your tenant needs a phone, not an account.
Sign
The tenant confirms who they are, enters a one-time code, reads the agreement and signs. They can ask for changes first.
Verify
The final PDF carries its QR record. Upload a copy to the verification page to confirm it is the exact issued file.

What the landlord, the tenant and anyone with the QR can do
The landlord, the tenant and anyone holding the QR each see what they need, and nothing more.

- Draft the agreement, or use your own wording
- Send the signing link and see where it stands
- Download the final PDF and propose a renewal

Change the terms once they are signed. A change starts a renewal instead.

A final PDF that anyone can check
Every issued PDF carries its QR record and the Tezeka issuance seal. Scanning it confirms the record exists. Uploading the file confirms, byte for byte, that it is the one Tezeka issued. A resaved copy will not match, even if it looks identical.
Three lines it does not cross
It never calls a copy genuine from its ID alone. Only the exact file matches.
It never changes signed terms. A change starts a renewal, and the original stays sealed.
It never stands in for legal advice. It proves which file was issued, not that its terms are enforceable.

Questions landlords ask about Seal
- Is an agreement signed on Tezeka legally binding?
- Tezeka records the signing process, the identity evidence and the exact issued file. Whether an agreement is enforceable depends on its terms and the law, so take legal advice on anything you are unsure of.
- Can I use my own agreement?
- Yes. Your wording is kept word for word inside Tezeka's signing, QR and file-integrity record, and the verification page says the terms were yours.
- What does my tenant need?
- A phone and the link. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
- What if someone edits the PDF?
- It no longer matches. Uploaded to the verification page, it shows as not matching the sealed record.
